This is a very easy recipe, though you do need to allow the ribs to marinate overnight.
Yield: Makes 4 servings
4 Tablespoons Barcelona Bodega Spice BlenZ*
3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
½ jalapeño, stemmed, seeded, and roughly chopped
4 scallions, white and green parts, chopped
1 Tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce – chopped
I Tablespoon dried oregano
½ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup olive oil
4 pounds pork ribs

Combine the garlic, jalapeño, scallions, chipotles peppers and oregano, in a food processor. Mix until relatively smooth. With the machine running – gradually pour in the vinegar and then the oil. Transfer this marinade to a bowl.
Season the ribs with 2Tb of the BlenZ. Place the ribs in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour ½ of the marinade over the ribs, and refrigerate overnight. Cover and refrigerate the remaining marinade too.
Preheat your grill to medium high. Remove the ribs from the bag, and place on the grill. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes, basting with the reserved marinade, and turning frequently to ensure they cook evenly.
Remove from the grill and sprinkle the remaining BlenZ over the ribs. Stand for 5 minutes.
